I know this might be off topic but i'm hosting a party and i'm thinking about wat 3 games i should get for my newly purchased 360 i need them to be 4-2 players on one system split screen, i dunno if these games meet the requirements but i'm thinking of getting gears of war, forza 2, and rainbow six vegas. anybody have better suggestions? thx

@ 2

Gears of War and Rainbow Six both only do 2 player split screen. Between the two I recommend Gears of War. I got both at the same time and I have barely touched Rainbow Six. The campaign co-op in Gears was a blast with my friend split-screen. I don't know anything about Forza 2, though.

You are getting Halo 3, right?

By the way, I can't think of one Xbox 360 Retail game that has decent 4 player split-screen. Halo 3 will, of course, but as of now, there aren't any. (Shooters)

There are a couple Arcade games that are good for parties. Bomberman LIVE and Gaulant have 4 player co op.

My "Monday" fancast fix is on. Downloading now, thanks guys!

@Kakiray

Retail games may get expensive if your purchasing them solely for a party, I would recommend XBLA games (Arcade). They have an easy learning curve and are tons of fun. Some of my personal favs:

1) Bomberman Live - easy to pickup, and lots of fun (1-4 players locally, 8 players online)

2) Super Puzzle Fighter II - 2 player puzzle fun, "who's got next?"

3) Super Street Fighter II - 2d classic fighter

4) Geometry Wars - Addicting, great buy

5) Small Arms - Smash Brothers clone

6) Assault Heroes - 2 player coop

Retail games are fun, but I would only buy them if you're interested in playing them yourself after the party!

If only Castle Crashers was out :(

Thanks guys I always like these. =)
Keep it up

@ Renatox

Hey buddy, just so you can stop asking on every single post, X3F will let you know when Fifa 07' demo hits XBLM. It's not released till 10/31 so I suspect not anytime soon.

With all the sound effects, I just have to make an X3F Soundboard. Im on it right now, But this means I have to listen to all 32 episodes /sob. But never fear, It shall be done!

If someone asked me my response to the TOUGHEST QUESTION EVARRRRR, i'd say Halo 3 as well. Forget Forge, forget 4 player co-op, forget team scoring IN co-op, forget the campaign and even multiplayer..I'm getting it for the community. It'll be the old chestnut go-to game to play with my buddies as default within ALL of those aspects..them alone aren't enough, but my pals inside it make it absolutely worth my hard-earned $130:)
Knuckles, i'm looking at YOU!

P.S..if and when I submit another question, it'll be shorter. And it's WHISKEY, not MAGIC for short! Ya foof.

I'll do co-op with alla you foolz!! Knuckles knows I'm down already...I call any spot #2, 3 or 4 (I want the Carbine)

WOW... Dustin, Orange Box... That surprises me. I would have thought everyone would have said Halo 3.

I'll try to keep my email short next time, didn't mean it to be boring! Or maybe you'll get an mp3 (as I can't spell and my grammar sucks!) :)

Well another great fancast! Kepp on trucking!
