While we got a glimpse of the new Halo 3 accessories yesterday, Microsoft has now made their existence official. In celebration of the very successful Halo 3 beta, Microsoft has released high resolution shots of all the accessories for fans to ogle. We imagine most Halo fans will opt for the Master Chief controller rather than the significantly less interesting Brute controller. Along with the new shots of the controllers, Microsoft also released images of the McFarlane Toys Master Chief figurines that will come with the controllers. It looks like each controller will come with a different MC figurine (one with a shotgun and the other with an assault rifle). The figurines look pretty small, though no scale has been given. Microsoft has confirmed that the accessories will all retail for $59.99. The controllers will be available on September 18, while the wireless headset is slated for "early September."

The controller looks stupid and the headset colors are beautiful but the wireless headset sucks balls. How about a controller with the color scheme of the headset. Now that id buy!!!

Those Controllers are hideous. The Halo Xbox stuff with the transparent green was way cooler. The new ones verge on embarrassing ultra nerd crap. Boo. The headset is cool though. You could even do without the logo.

Yeah, the headset looks great. The controllers are awful. So, the artwork was submitted my prisoners or preschoolers? Seriously, AWFUL... They should make the controllers look like that headset, and then you'll have something.

I agree with all of you, the headset looks good...the controller...not so much.
the only thing I like about the controllers are the blak d-pad and sticks...I wish mine were black...so I could have an all-black (except of the colorfull buttons) controller.

Controller looks absolutely hideous. I can barely even make out the pictures. Not a good place for them especially when your HANDS are there. If they were cheaper I might just buy them and paint over them for an ultimate black controller! but I kinda like the variant of gray and black.
Headset is nice, but I think they would get more business if they made everything like.. translucent green or something.
