Xbox 360 Fanboy

Bought the game yesterday and by girlfriend played for 4+ hours while I was at work, pre-update.

I got home, downloaded the update and I couldn't get more than 2 minutes into the game without it freezing and locking up the system.

My girlfriend comes home and starts playing the game (after I cleared the cache) and her saved game freezes up 5 minutes in.

Either way, I'm super pissed.

I've been playing for hours yesterday and today, and I never ran into any lock-ups. However, the dog does seem to vanish a lot, and I remember early on my "sister" clipped right through the castle door. That was both sad and lol-worthy at the same time. Menus are also horribly stuttery and lag an almost unforgivable amount.

Gotta admit I haven't experienced any problems... because I haven't played this freakin game because I got screwed out of my LE codes. Until then, not playing the game.

My problems seem to come from using the blades while in Fable 2. It seems like everytime I bring up the blades especially during loading or cut scenes it's death. The game just locks up. No sounds. Screen freezes and I have to manually reset the xbox. It might have something to do with the fable 2 in game and the blades(xbox) is just my thoughts.

Mine froze twice last night, and I never tried the live part yet.

My Fable 2 limited edition freezes so badley, and so consequitvily i returned it, for a new one.... guess what happens. More freezing some much wasted time and gas money from trying to play a inpossible game everytime you run, here comes the freeze, and then i lose all data, so screw you lion head and microsoft not worth saving after 2 minutes of gameplay everytime, im going to burn fable 2 and throw it offf my dock, and wait for my preordered fallout 3 limited edition come in!!!

Got the game early (Last Thursday), probably put in 40 hours of gaming ... froze on me while saving. Now the save won't load, so it looks like I lost everything. Not a happy camper.

I've never had a corrupted save on a console game ... I would imagine those never get fixed ...

I put in a couple of hours yesterday with no problems. However, my internets are all broken since I moved house, so I've not been on Live, so I'm running the game unpatched.

I have had fable issues... No freezing up permanently only for a few seconds. Also the frame rate drops a lot and other stupid annoying issues. Lionhead needs to release a patch.

I played my Girlfriend's Fable II and had no freeze, but lagging like hell! It is really annoying, specially if I go to the start menu.

Well it freezes up constantly at random moments. I was just about to go to the castle, then it froze up. then it freezes duging the cutscenes. Now it freezes everytime I save. THe most I have been able to play this game without it locking up the system was a grand total of 20 minutes, I'm really pissed off.

Oh and once I got an E71 Error, anyone know what thats about, and a few disk reading errors too. So, don't know if its the system, the game or both, because it does the same thing with Rockband 2 all my other games work fine.

Am I the only one not understanding how online co-op works? I was told I was to see orbs floating around the entire world. I don't see shit.

My roomate bought it at midnight and we went through about 2 hours that nite w/o any issues (got to Bowerstone).

I started playing the folowing day, got to bowerstone and the game froze after doing some community service and trying to assassinate a woman for snifing to much. Took me back to Thag and finaly got back to Bowerstone where after talking to Ms. Blindy It forze randomly. Also could not leave the zone as it would get stuck in perpetual loading screen (5+ min).

I played the game the first day for about 5-6 hours and had no problems with the game. After I played co-op my game has been loading slow, and it will randomly freeze at random spots, even when I play by myself! I dont know what is going on, but I might delete the co-op patch and see if the game freezes.

any news on a fix for the freeze ups? This is becoming excruciatingly annoying.

Froze up several times on me however when I reset the quest it was fine not being able to do multiple saves really sux

I popped Fable II in for the fist time today at 1pm. I've just now looked up from it (my eyes, they need a break!) No problems at all. (Other than there is way too much to do and not enough time to do it all!)
