Play Gears of War; win Shooter contest

Posted Mar 9th 2007 5:00PM by David Dreger
Filed under: Xbox Live, Multiplayer, Gears of War, Contests and Giveaways

Xbox has a contest of US residents to win a bunch of Xbox 360 accessory swag. After registering, all you have to do is play some online matches in Gears of War between March 14th and 16th. Each day you play you get an entry into the contest. You are capable of winning an official hat of the movie Shooter, which the contest is related to, some MS Points, or the grand prize: 3 months of Xbox Live gold and pretty much every Xbox 360 Accessory released by Microsoft. Winners will be emailed by the end of the month. So, are you going to enter, and since we're on the subject, are you going to see Shooter?

[Thanks, DjDATZ]

1. I'm actually really excited for this movie. I hope Marky Mark does as good as job in this as he did in The Departed

I'll see Shooter on DVD, but this weekend it's all about 300 for me.

4. I thoroughly enjoyed the book that is the basis for the movie (_Point of Impact_ by Stephen Hunter), so I'll probably end up at the movie. I just hope they don't screw it up or try to hate on my home state.
