I still have to finish Lost Odyssey and Devil May Cry 4. I hope to finish both before Fable 2 comes out but I've been procrastinating pretty bad with both of those.

Still playing Halo 3 and Madden 09. I will, however, probably take a crack at finishing GTA IV as well.

Maybe I'll go back and FINALLY finish Bioshock before Fallout 3. *hangs head in shame*

I'm picking up Mercenaries 2 to play co-op with a friend of mine, I was playing it at his house the other night, and it's actually a pretty fun game, very explodey. Also finishing the side-quests in shivering isles.

I wish I had that luxury.
I'm kinda broke, so every time I get a new game I beat it into the ground, then play it again a few more times for good measure.
Hell I was just playing Conker on the 64 yesterday.

I picked up Orange Box and BioShock recently, so I need to knock them out. I've finished Portal, and moving along in HL2. But I've also got RB2, and the Ion Drum Rocker comes next week, so it'll be getting a work out for sure.

I'm currently playing and trying to finish up John Woo Presents - Strangle Hold
And I can't finish anything else up because I'm too busy playing Team Fortress2 and Shadowrun. Time flies when you play those games, leaving no time to play anything else.

I am sure my wife will be monopolizing the 360 with Viva Pinata TiP, but I am just waiting for my replacement GoW CD. I need to finish up some more of those weapons achievements before 2 comes out.

Battlefield: Bad Company! Castle Crashers (starting over from square one after my saves got deleted).
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, for some sweet ass cheevo farming. Although, I can't bring myself to play it. It's just, so boring and crappy (to me).

Ugh, I feel your pain. I leveled my little orange knight all the way to 99...and then-lost save file. Luckily it's a great game, so a (5th, 6th, 7th) play through really isn't that bad. But still, I see my character at level 18 now and think-only 81 levels to go... :(

I feel really pathetic here since I feel less and less as a "hardcore" gamer and more and more like a "casual" gamer. I still need to finish Bioshock, and I haven't even touched GTA4! How's that for lame?! And now Fable 2, Fallout 3, Gears 2 and so many many more are coming up so soon.
It's weird, I still keep up-to-date with gaming news and events, but I play a lot less than I used to. Sure, I still play Halo 3 and Cod4 online every once in a while, but gone are the days when I could sit down almost every day until I finished a game. Maybe because my tastes for entertainment are changing as I get older, or maybe because now I have much less free time since graduating college, or maybe something completely different. So my question is this: is there anyone else out there that has similar gaming habit changes?

I hear you! I can't just sit around for hours playing games anymore like I used to. Since I have gotten older I have many other things that I occupy my time with. Not only responsibilities, but other interests and hobbies as well. I also keep up with the gaming news, but I don't play nearly as much.
I have several games that I haven't even really touched: Mass Effect, Orange Box, even COD 4. Seems when I get a chance I just play a quick game of NCAA Football.

yep. now that i have a full time job, and a car. i find that family and friends are more important than video games, but don't get my wrong I love taking some time out to throw in some big gaming sessions with gears of war, grid, GTA. Even though i game less. i still love it as much as i used to..that and i mean how can you not finish a game?

I feel your pain too. I keep updated with game news, but rarely get time to actually beat a game. I maybe get a half hour here and there sometimes, but gone are the 6+ hour play sessions. Stupid growing up, now that I have money for this crap I have no time!

Glad to hear that I'm not the only one. You guys all put it well--now that we are growing up, getting jobs, starting families, or whatever, we just don't have the time to play as much like when we were younger. But that doesn't mean our passion for games is any less! :)
Crabbyman,
I couldn't agree with you more. Now that I have the money to buy all the games and gadgets I want, I no longer have the time to play with them :P
