The mysterious and oh so refreshing Halo 3 Game Fuel Mountain Dew that we saw at last week's LA event has hit eBay and is fetching a pretty high price tag. Up for auction is one can of limited edition Halo 3 Mountain Dew featuring Master Chief's handsome mug and is currently sitting at $20 or roughly $2 a sip.Yes, it is one expensive can of Dew, but it has yet to be opened, so that should add some value ... right? Or you could be money-smart, wait until the Halo 3 Dew hits retailers later this August, and for the same price you can buy a few cases to share with your friends. We're going to go with option two.

Halo's a decent franchise, but WTF is with this idolatry of the game? A FUCKING LIMITED EDITION SODA CAN!?
There's going to be a wet shirt out there when the dumb bastard who buys this spills it because his limited edition Spartan Moron Helmet doesn't have a mouth opening.

The title of this post mislead me to believe the actual retail price of this mountain dew is expensive. I could imagine I'm not the only one.

@3
Back when Star Wars Episodes 1-3 came out, Pepsi had "limited edition cans" for a couple of years.
