In an unexpected announcement, Major League Gaming has added Xbox 360 hit Gears of War to its 2007 season, starting with June's event held at the Meadowlands. For the rest of MLG's 2007 season, Gears 4v4 tournaments will be held at every event with the total prize payouts reaching $140,000 and the finals awarding $25,000 to the team who topples the competition. If interested in competing, be sure to head over to MLG's website to register for events and to get all the details. Who knows, maybe you could be the next "big thing" in gaming.

MLG Rules suck you replace weapons and they did allow some glitches but since the update I don't know. Play with the weapon that are there thats why epic made it like that if you can't handle the Hammer of Dawn then get over it and play another game.

NitroFrost apply that same logic to Halo 2. You'd rather play team skirmish than team hardcore? Pro gaming almost always has non-default settings for any competitive game.
These are pro gamers, they know what they are doing. Go play some matchmaking some more k?

Theres no such thing as a 'Pro gamer' Thats bullshit. All they do is play video games for a living, and not for fun. I don't think GoW would be suited for MLG but hey, not my call.

I entered that MLG GOW tourney they had a few months back and I hate MLG. I pay $13 and those assholes allow cheating. Weapon sliding was rampant and totally allowed. They should just swap the "G" for a "B" and allow the gamers to use steroids. Fucking assholes.
