3. I admit to being a traitor. I went out of town and only took my Wii (it's about half the size and weight of my 360, which is insanely jealous right now).
But damn, the system is just too much fun. Metal Slug, Wii Sports, and some Virtual Console games for me this weekend.
And back to my beautiful 360 on Monday...

Both systems are awesome for what they do well. The cool thing is there is really no "overlap". Wii does party games andn sports games better than any other console on the market. 360 does shooters in a way that wii can never hope to compete with.

8. I bought Roboblitz earlier this week, so I'll be playing that a little bit.

I didn't get to PGR3 with the wireless wheel controller last weekend, so I'm trying that again this weekend.

Other than that...maybe some Project 8 and CoD3.

9. Regarding the leaderboards, I recently upped the max to 250 on Christmas Day, so those who weren't able to throw themselves into the mix should be able to rank themselves with the other Fanboys!

I will admit that I've played more Wii than 360... but that's mostly because I have my 360 routed via optical cable to my Audigy 2 on my computer.

For some reason, the Audigy is now generating this absolutely horrible crackling that I have read is common (which is weird, I've had the same config for 2 years, and it didn't start until a few months ago), so I'm also reluctant to replace it with the X-Fi. I can't think of any other sound cards that would have the same kind of inputs as the Creative cards, and be as widely supported. So I'm on onboard sound, which doesn't have any inputs for my 360.

I'm a baaaad man. :-/

I got back into Xenosaga II/III over the break...I feel so dirty playing the PS2 that I hate so much (and enjoying it for once).

Not all is sinful, at least I'm using this controller:

instead of the crappy dual shock. I can definitely say that Xenosaga III destroys Final Fantasy XII as far as story and characters go. Too bad it's the end of the road for the series.

I finally got my 360 back, but I'll probably end up finishing Xenosaga III before I start playing it again, unless some irresistible XBLA game pops up soon.

I want a Wii to replace the 'cube, but I don't think I want a white one. I'm going to leave the white console-age to the 360.

11. I must say, I've been quite addicted to the Wii as well. I recently bought Excite Truck, which is tons of fun. I've also been playing some of the Virtual Console games, mainly Gunstar Heroes and Super Mario Bros.

As for the 360, it has not been lacking in attention. I've been extremely addicted to Viva Pinata (I've ended up playing it around 8 hours straight until sleep finally got to me, it's just so addicting) and have been playing Novadrome, Astropop and UNO on the Live Arcade. I surprisingly haven't picked up Gears in awhile, though.

13. I have seen the promised land, and it is Rainbow Six: Vegas.

It's everything that GRAW's multiplayer design should have been, and then some. To me it's far and away the best online experience on the 360 since Halo 2.

15. well on my 360... i've still been playing WWE smackdown like a fiend... i really haven't bought anything else for the 360 since i got that, but then i'm a wrestling game fiend and playing online is what i do now almost to the exclusion of everything else.

as for other stuff, haven't gotten a wii yet, b ut i have tried it out and all i really got into was Wii sports and Zelda, everything else...well, just didnt appeal to me and i;m considering just buying Zelda on my Gamecube. and even Wii sports was only fun for about half an hour and with friends.

as for everything else, since i'm on a break, i've been trying to finish up some RPGs on my PS2/3, Xenosaga II/III, Tales of the Abyss/Legendia, Digital Devil Saga I/II, Devil Summoner, Nocturne, FFXII, etc. So i got a lot on my plate, that and since i also finally got my new wireless router, i've been playing a lot of resistance online as well.

As for the next big games for me... i'm really looking forward to Crackdown.
