It's funny since I can kind of apply some of these DMC4 complaints to this review style lol.

He's British, not Australian. He's lived in Australia for a few years working for the Escapist.

I was born in the Philippines, but now live in the US. Am I a Filipino gamer or an American gamer?

God, the ending the best part. Gummies! Truth to it I really like DMC, just for the button mashing and keeping myself suspended in the air during the boss battles. I could probably play the same level a billion times. Speaking of that has anyone seen my Adderrall? lol The multiple difficulties levels and true challenge of surviving some bosses makes it worth it in my book.

It's cries, not crys. I hope it doesn't take too many trys to get that right.

Angry wasp, spider and gummies? I know what I'm trying out this weekend.

Ah the moment has finally arrived. He's finally tore one of my favourite games a new one and lets see how i feel.... Yup i pretty much agree. Now the dmc fanboy in me is saying "but this one had the best story yet, you cant complain about that!" but the gamer in me is saying "yeh, those gameplay bits he spoke about sucked balls". So to appease both sides of me i'll say this: Personally i loved the story + characters. Being a DMC fanboy this was inevitable but i love the cheesy one-liners and ridiculous invulnerable main characters. It may be an acquired taste though. I shall also say that the dice minigame was one of the lowest points of fun in any gaming i've ever played until i worked out how to time it and rig it.

One of the lowest points of fun in gaming you've ever had?! Look, I figured out the dice roll rig during the first time you meet the dice, when it didn't matter what number you rolled, you just had to get to the end. If you couldn't figure out the dice roll trick by at least the second time you faced the dice, then in all honesty you should stop playing video games...and take up, coloring.

Probably my favourite game this year but I would have to agree, even i felt slightly ripped off over the fact half the game was pure back tracking..but it doesn't ruin the fun for me, something about that game that just..it allows me to play the same level 100+ times and not get bored. Good laugh anyway, i liked the gummies part.

"its" due and "its" retracing. You want the possessive there, not the contraction.

This guy is always right on. The only review he did I did not feel was good was Mass Effect, he didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about and was just trying to make stuff up bad to say about it.

20 minutes. Outside. Puffer fish.

What is this zlions fan, grammer rodeo? Being a lion's fan I can see why your days are spent on meaningless comment pages correcting grammer, give me a break....

He's wicked negative, I think this guy needs some meds... Or "meds" heh.

The Dark Knight Strikes Again cover on that bit about forced sequels just earned him a bonus point of respect from me. :)
