ESPN will be offering up NCAA basketball and football games, X Games sporting events and competition programs like Madden Nation to the Marketplace in the near future. The new content will come with a cost though, with television episodes sticking with the current pricing of $2 SD and $3 HD. Commercial free sporting events will be available within' 48 hours of the original air date and will cost $3 for SD and $4.50 for HD. Video games and sports, one of those odd couples that just works sometimes.

@1 its not soccer, its called football. a sport where you actually use your feet, unlike what YOU call football for some strange reason. We called it football first and soccer is a crap name for it.

There's a reason why American football players where all those pads. Because there would be dead players every fricken weekend if not. Watch a game before you talk. American football is the most physical sport in the world.

I suppose it's a good idea if you want to follow your alumni school team and it isn't aired on ESPN or 2.
