Its risky just buying a "brand new" 360 so dont be surprised when these "like new" units only last a week or two after the 14 day return period is up.

consumerdepot.com (same company) has this exact deal, but for $229. This company spreads themselves all over the web and ebay.

For what it's worth, I took a chance on a similar Overstock.com Xbox 360 promotion last summer and everything has worked out fine (so far!) The 360 came in a slightly damaged box, which is presumably how it wound up as overstock in the first place, but it has worked properly for 11 months now (again, so far!) I also ordered a couple of games which came in undamaged packaging and have had no problems with any of the discs.

PS -- I also got the extended warranty on my 360 from MS without any problem, despite having bought from
overstock.com.

overstock.com != overstockdealz.com

The latter merely uses the widely known name of overstock to sell junk. Though my first 360 was from overstock.com and it died after 5 months so I guess wouldn't recommend either.

I fully recommend buying from a local store with a 2+ year replacement plan that way when it croaks after a few months you can take it to the store and get a new one free without having to deal with Microsoft. Its well worth the extra bucks.

Good deal just not a good site. Some people have already got there systems and say that they had other people stuff on them and that the system was really dirty. Check out this site for more.

I purchased one a while back that was listed as open-box item. It has worked great for the past 4 months and was a deal at $270. Shipping was speedy and I would purchase from them again.

Of course, everyone has their opinion and I bought mine before I saw the BBB listing they had. I may have not bought it from them if I had seen that first, but I didn't, and I'm glad I pulled the trigger on it.

I have purchased other items on this website and also on overstock.com and I haven't had a problem yet. so its up to the person if they feel the 249 price tag is worth it.

It WILL be a refurbed unit, most likely banned, and will die quickly if not DOA. It doesn't even claim to be new, so why are you even inferring that it might be? And overstockdealz.com is in no way related to overstock.com. Quit making the comparison. At least overstock can spell... It is really irresponsible for X360F to post this "deal" in the first place. If anything, you should post to avoid it like the plague not "save $150 on xbox 360 premium". That is simply not true and very misleading. It is neither a deal or a bargin being as the system will most likely not work for one reason or another. Pull the post or, at the very least, SEVERELY reword it.

I bought that thing more than a week ago. It took 6 days to get here with the 3 day shipping. It came in a messed up box that looked like it got thrown around, the inside was damaged too, so it couldn't all be from FedEx, if anything. The Xbox 360 was really dirty and there was dust and black stuff over everything. I plug it in, it makes a really really loud noise from the disc tray and turns off. I unplug the hard drive and power cable. It goes on, same noise again but...3 Red Flashing Lights. It's broken. So I call Microsoft about it, it's a known problem. They say it should be covered under warranty. Too bad I know nothing about the unit I have. So I emailed overstockdealz.com 6 times already over a period of a few days. No response. There's no number to call. I got an RMA number to send it back but they have to receive it within 7 days of doing it, so I'm pretty much forced to send it over 2-3 day shipping. They will refund the purchase price of $240, but not shipping. So I'm out $50 for the initial shipping and now another $30 for having to ship it back. And I don't even know if they will accept it because of their lack of concern. Before I ordered it, I didn't read any reviews because if their cheap name trying to look like overstock.com...so my mistake there. But they should at least try to help.

I have to step in here. My brother bought one of these. It ended up being a refurbished system that did not even last a day. He turned it on, and it immediately gave an error code. We tried it again, it ran well until he logged in and got the notice that the console had been banned. They did not even pay for shipping the dead unit back, and the place is based out of Tennessee. Dont buy, in my experience, it is not worth it.
