360 fanboys, this is it. It's time to stock up on tacos, pizza, chips, soda, and whatever else you'll need to keep yourself glued to your Xbox 360. Yes, the end of the Halo 3 beta is nigh (this Sunday to be specific). The weeks have just flown by, haven't they? We've spent many hours owning n00bs and watching n00bs employ HAXX and CHEETZ to score kills on us. We've sampled new weapons (lolololololol) and tried out fancy new equipment. Many of us have even made it into unauthorized custom games. Whatever you like to do in the beta, this is your last shot. Will you go out in a blaze of ownage, or will you be owned yourself?

Oh, and in case Halo isn't your thing, what will you be playing this weekend?

5. *prepares to get bashed over the head*

to tell you the truth i wasnt impressed with the online play anyways for Halo 3. and it didnt really help when i spent hours trying to play one game.

depends on if my boys come over or not, but i'll be playing some Forza 2, mabye pick up Shadowrun this weekend, and of course play the Tenchu and Overlord demos a few more times before I make my decision on buying the games.

6. Tried to play shadowrun, but it couldn't find a match and I gave up after 10 minutes, the bot games were fun, but if you can't find a live match what is the point of the game. I'll try again, and maybe get in some more H3

7. Looks like I will be playing with my PSP or maybe ps2 instead... my 360 is dead and won't be replaced for another 2-3 weeks.

8. i'll probably skip the H3 beta and just try to get through GH2 on Hard(i'm through the first 5 playlists and encores, so far) and then a healthy dose of the Overlord, Tenchu and Shadowrun demos.

beyond that, more Catan on the Arcade.

10. I'm going out to buy a few cases of beer, order massive amounts of pizza and wings then it's on to a Halo 3 Beta fun filled weekend...maybe some Command and Conquer 3 too.

14. I haven't honestly played the beta since the day after it came out lol. It's fun and all, but I can wait for the real game.

In the meantime, Forza 2 (amazing) and Pac-man CE (also amazing).

Going to mess with the Shadowrun and Overlord demos as well.

17. The Shadowrun serves are slammin'!! If you can't find a server you have a bobo connection. I will be rockin' Shadowrun all weekend! It is a very interesting game.

19. such a n00b question.... but how do i go about joining the x3f leaderboard.

Posted at 10:58AM on Jun 8th 2007 by aZTEKv2

20. Well I'm be logging a few more rounds of Halo 3 Beta before the time runs out. I also plan on spending some more time on Pacman CE which has oddly consumed a lot of my attention with it's gameplay.

I'll probably give the Shadowrun demo some more time because after waiting for over 10 minutes to get into a game I found myself not enjoying the match in under 10 minutes. I'll give it another chance, which is what I keep doing...I keep looking for one good reason to buy that game. Man everyone wasn't kidding when it comes to ladder animation. That was just sloppy.
