1. I got that combo from Costco (although they said because of MS they sent me costco...I dont know about that), but, it was prior to launch and it was $479 +tax and s&h.

And yes, I did get the premium, extra wireless controller, game and play/charge kit with it.

2. not a bad deal seeing that i paid $720 for a system, controller with charge kit and 2 games on christmas eve (3 months ago). But i think it was worth the money, i love my 360.

3. They have been available here in the Raleigh area for weeks. I see a bunch of them in the case every time I'm in Target and BB. Maybe that's a bad thing??Market saturation already? Doubtful;)

5. None in my region. Anywhere. I have tried all targets, best buys, circuit cities, fry's electronics, costco's, fred meyer's, eb games, gamestop, etc. Portland, Salem, Albany, Corvallis, and Eugene, Oregon. I'm about to lose interest waiting. Plus all the game crazy stores are still filling pre orders from last summer. they still have about 10 locally in Corvallis. This is getting frustrating. I hope this news is good news.

7. We got our 360 through Costco's website as well (actually, this exact bundle). We pre-ordered ours 2 months before it came out. Their shipping is really outstanding, though. They shipped it to us on Nov. 22nd, and it arrived the very next day (and no, we didn't pay for overnight or anything like that). Granted, it was being shipped from the same state we're in, but it was still a nice surprise.

8. A Best Buy in Northern California had 2 Core systems available today. This is the first time I've actually seen the Xbox 360 for sale out on the floor.
