What They Play is holding a giveaway

In an effort to bridge the gap between hardcore gamers, casual gamers and the adults who are responsible for said gamers but aren't in touch with the gaming culture, Microsoft partnered with the family gaming program called What They Play. A program that promotes family gaming, safe gaming, care, understanding, love, blah, blah, blah. All you really need to know is that they're giving away Xbox 360 hardware, an HDTV, a couple copies of Scene It? and a few t-shirts. So, make your way over to What They Play, enter the giveaway by June 10th and as an added bonus, they'll even send you a Family Gaming Starter Kit if you wish. We know we'd be more inclined to invite our parents into our GTAIV game session if Microsoft were to give us a new HDTV and 360 Elite. Wouldn't you?

BioWare, being the giving developers that they are, have decided to celebrate the release of Mass Effect's Bring Down the Sky DLC with a little Xbox 360 hardware giveaway. Some custom Mass Effect 360 Elite hardware at that. All you have to do to win one of these six super sleek and sexy Mass Effect themed Xbox 360s is to hop on over to BioWare's community site, log in and register for the giveaway. But know that their little Elite giveaway only lasts through April 22nd, so be sure to register by then and be sure to keep those fingers crossed. Mass Effect themed Xbox 360 Elite bounty is but a random drawing away.

We've got a brand new Fanswag Weekly giveaway going up tomorrow, but that won't prevent us from pointing to Joystiq's own Mass Effect giveaway or, to be more precise, Joystiq's giveaway of the Mass Effect "Bring Down the Sky" downloadable content. We're winding down our Super Halo 3 / PGR4 Qee Giveaway with only two days left, so we advise crossing those fingers and finding a lucky horseshoe if you have yet to win. And so starts the sixth day of our Super Halo 3 / PGR4 Qee Giveaway and today we're headed back to Halo after doing two PGR4 Qee giveaways in a row. But we must first mention that msusig was yesterday's lucky winner as he took home an uber rare PGR4 Qee ... what a lightweight.

Like we said, today we're leaving the PGR4 Qee in the dirt and going back to giving away Toy2r Halo 3 Qee. The Battlestar Galactica marketing team is giving away some 600,000 Microsoft points to twelve lucky souls who enter their year long sweepstakes. Let's be honest, your current gaming audio setup is wretched bad, old and sounds like a vinyl record. Don't be embarrassed though, sometimes choosing to eat or pay rent is more important than getting a fancy new surround sound rig. It's all about priorities. But that's why there are online giveaways, giveaways where you can win speakers and make a Big Daddy proud.

The guys over at The Cult of Rapture are hosting a BioShock giveaway where they'll be awarding one lucky winner a set of NHT surround sound speakers that will make your ears sing with happiness. That is if ears could sing ... but that's besides the point. The giveaway is open from now through December 18th and all you have to do to enter is visit this webpage, fill out the forms and press submit (cross your fingers too). It's the one Fanswag giveaway you've all been waiting for, the behemoth, the massive, the grand champion of all X3F giveaways. In celebration of the the release of Halo 3 we're using our WCA winnings and offering up the ultimate Halo 3 gaming setup. That's right, X3F is giving away a 50" Panasonic 1080p television, Bose 3-2-1 GSX surround sound system and an Xbox 360 Elite gaming console to one lucky X3F reader! Just so you know, this gaming haul is valued in the thousands of dollars. Oh yeah.

So, we're sure you want to know how to enter (and hopefully win) the ultimate Halo 3 gaming setup. Well, it's just as painless and easy as all our other Fanswag giveaways.

Post a comment praising X3F and its uber cool bloggers. True, we'll be selecting the winner randomly, but we love reading good things about ourselves.
