Canadian gamers have read over the details for GameStop's USA Game Days sale and wondered, "when's it gonna be my time?!" The answer is, right now and until June 22.
EB Games and GameStop stores in the Great White North are offering a slew of Xbox 360 games and bundles on the cheap--well, what they consider cheap at least. Gamers looking to pad their Xbox 360 library, or Gamerscore, should take a look at the sale as some offers are only available for a limited time throughout the month of June.
Oh, and if anyone asks you if you'd like to pre-order something, exclaim "Yes, I would!" excitedly and promptly leave the store. Totally messes with their heads.
Full listing of specials after the jump. $5 not required.
All prices are in effect until June 22, unless otherwise noted.

- Xbox 360 Elite with free copy of Assassin's Creed - $449.99

The Darkness -- $49.99
That has to be a mis-print, I have seen this game for $10... Pretty poor deals all around. Blockbuster Video has much better prices and sales for pre-played than EB.

gamestop is well-known for sticking to ridiculous prices even when other retailers have slashed theirs.
in fact, gamestop sometimes won't even cut their used game prices when they themselves have slashed price on the same retail title.
go figure

Yeah, Blockbuster still has 25% off used games where I'm at. Been getting some good games lately. Still, there are a few there I'd consider if they were $9.99.

I picked up Timeshift a few days ago, because that's just a good price for it (probably less than it would be to rent it at BBV). I'd suggest that everyone go out and buy Naruto at that price though.

Good luck on the $10 games... Most EBs have already been raped. Although I'm sure you can find those copies now that those same people have traded them into Blockbuster - or maybe on eBay or Craigslist for $20/ea.
