Specifically, there are reports of audio stuttering, which is something we've heard from our own readers, as well as graphical glitches and freezing issues. I rented the game the day the patch came out and declined the patch after hearing the reports of it being worse. I played for an hour and it froze. I decided to patch and just finished the game today. Only problems I encountered were minor audio glitches before and after a loading period. The game was a blast from the start to end so it didn't bother me.

My audio was stuttery before and after the patch, playing from an ipod on a custom playlist it stutters on laoding screens usually, nothing too major.

I've had audio stutter and game slow down but no freezing. In my eyes thats an upgrade.

i havent had any problems. all ive noticed is that the dialog isnt exactly in sync with the animation.
its off by a half sec or less, nothing thats game breaking and ive gotten used to it.
no freezes/lock ups or audio problems. (yet, just started chapter4 of 5)

I've been wanting to play Bully since the PS2 release...still haven't gotten around to it. But probably my next game investment will be CoD4 GOTY.

I bought the game when the patch was released. Personally, I haven't had a problem with it at all. There was a glitch here and there but it never froze and I haven't had any audio problems.
