Just as expected, Harmonix dev man hmxsean posted over at the official Rock Band forums this week's Rock Band downloadable content and again, we're getting three tracks. Available tomorrow, January 15th for 160 Microsoft points each will be cover songs of Sweet's "Action" and The Monkees' "Last Train to Clarksville" as well as the master track of Blink 182's "All the Small Things". Not too shabby of a list this week, but we're still eagerly awaiting the promised complete album DLC. Where are the albums Harmonix? Where they at?[Thanks, steveL88]

The Monkees and Blink are great additions. I'm definitely excited for the albums and also some big announcement that is supposedly coming soon regarding the game. One of the developers spoke about the announcement to either Joystiq or Kotaku. I'm too lazy to find the link. What a great game! I would love an iTunes sized catalog for this game with the technology they used for their iPod game as the back end tech, but I just don't see that happening.

Ain't gonna do it. Not until the DRM is fixed and my other already downloaded content is available offline again and I have assurance that if my 360 red rings again I won't have to wait 4+ months to play what I've paid for, the way I paid to play it, when I want to play it. I'm gonna beat this dead horse all the way to Redmond if I have to. Sorry.

Where the hell did you guys get that album art picture from? I'm looking at my signed Blink 182 poster from their Enema of the State CD and the hot nurse chick doesn't have the butterflies tattoo on her arm. I wonder which was photoshopped: my poster of that pic up there.
God I have too much time on my hands.
