It seems like only a week ago we were writing a wrap-up post just like this. Oh wait, we were. This week we must stress that we have an awesome Fancast featuring James Silva, creator of the Dream-Build-Play winner The Dishwasher Dead Samurai for XBLA. The game sounds awesome. Give the Fancast a listen and find out why. Oh, and while you're at it, why not get your shot at winning a Dead Samurai T-shirt?

Forgive for asking this guys, but when are you going to review Mass Effect? Or have you reviewed it already and I'm not aware?

I'm not sure if I like seeing blu-ray ads on Xbox 360 Fanboy...
No this has nothing to do with the post, but I saw an ad and I'm a bit concerned.

I doubt they have any editorial input with respect to the advertisements shown here, that would fall upon their Weblogs Inc overlords.
Anyways, it's not like Xbox is a staunch HD-DVD supporter, they just aren't a Blueray supporter. They've already stated that if Blueray begin 'winning the war' , they would release a Blueray peripheral.

Jeff Gerstmann fired from Gamespot for giving Kayne and Lynch a bad review. Sign the petition. This kind of behavior on Cnet's part cannot be ignored!!!

Wow, if there's any truth to that, it just proves that Publishing houses 'buy' reviews
Though it makes me wonder why the editor would let it go to press if he wasn't towing the party line

OFF topic... Mass Effect is Sweet. I'm not a real big RPG fan, but it has enough FPS'ish stuff, ease of use w/ the comm. system. and the plot line has got me playing for hours. I have already put in like 14hrs or so, but that is b/c i have been exploring everything i can.
Cons... Little bit of jump when it comes to textures. The shapes load sometimes w/out texture and the bam, the texture is there. Not a big deal. from what I have read, it was either that, or have terribly long load times. FTW!
