Don't ask us how we managed it -- we did things we're not proud of -- but we rustled up a Legendary Edition of Halo 3 to giveaway to our oh-so-loyal readers this week. Not only that, but we're also throwing in a collectible aluminum bottle of Game Fuel. It even comes in a spiffy display case, complete with fake, plastic ice cubes. Our advice, keep it mounted to your wall next to the TV. That way, you can always break it open for emergencies. To enter, simply follow these instructions.
- This is the Legendary Edition folks. Leave a comment on this post telling us about your most legendary moment in gaming (or life in general)
- Be sure you only leave one comment. Posters of multiple comments will be disqualified. We'll accept entries until Friday, October 26, 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time. You must be at least 18 years old to enter. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents only
- On Friday, we'll pick one winner via a random drawing
- One winner will receive a copy of the Halo 3 Legendary Edition and a Game Fuel prize package, worth about $135.

Convincing my mom to give video games another try. Last time she played a video game w/ me was the original Legend of Zelda for NES about 15 years ago.

They were ahead 2 to 1 on VIP on the last resort. I grabbed the sniper rifle and followed the indicator got into the 2x zoom and right as the blade gave a good view I popped the VIP right in head. The last round ended in 23 seconds... word. IF you want to see the video send me a message and I will share the video.

My most legendary moment in gaming would have to be finally plugging my 360 into my HDTV. I probably sat there for 10 minutes just swishing the blades back and forth, checking out how sharp everything was. Then I popped in Gears and it was over. I couldn't possibly go back to SD.

My most recent legendary moment was being all tied up in a game of All-Pro 2k8 Football late in the fourth quarter. There is only :05 seconds remaining on the clock. Your opponent is lined up on offense at their own 20 yard line, and after they snap the ball and you chase down the quarterback - you get a sack, barely in the endzone - but enough to give you a safety to win the game and prevent overtime.

When the flamethrower in Halo 3 was first announced, my buddy started bragging about how awesome it would be to grab it first and incinerate me. Well, he did grab it first, on Construct...but I assassinated him and stole it. Then I waited for him to warp up and try to get it back, at which point I burned him to a crisp.
It was magnificent.
