Madden 08 is actually a pretty good game, much better than 07' IMO. The game just plays so much better and the silky smooth 60 FPS definitely shows.

I agree with Josh, 08 is way better than 07. I had 07 and sold it within a month and probably played less than 10 games the whole time I had it. I've played well over that already and I've had madden about a week.
I've mostly been playing online with a buddy so that def. helps. Bioshock is def. cutting into my time playin some Madden tho!

I'm loving 08...especially the player weapons. What I don't love is the change in the playcalling screens. 4 plays per screen = teh suxors.

The only thing that I have a complaint about is that when you're playing someone locally they can see what play you pick. You should be able to pull the right trigger or something to hide the cursor. Other than that I'll have to commend EA on a job well done.

Josh, the trick is to highlight the play you wish to call, hold down A and move to another play and release it. It will choose the play that was covered when you first hit A. Therefore you can fool you opponent into thinking you selected that play.
