You dream it. We build it. That's the slogan for the latest Doritos/Xbox contest called
Unlock Xbox. The contest starts tomorrow and its overall goal is to get users to submit their video game ideas and create one of the coolest games evar! The catch is that your video game idea has to incorporate the Doritos brand in some way, so Nazi soldiers or dismemberments need not apply. Judges will choose the top five ideas which will be made into betas where people visiting the site will be able to download and critique the offerings. Then, a favorite will emerge and will win the right to be placed on the XBLA. Yes, you read the correctly. The winner will see their video game creation grace the XBLA as well as receive a great Xbox 360 gaming setup.
Start getting your ideas together, whip up something cool, and eat a few bags of Doritos, because there's prizes to be won and fame to be had. Just think, you could be the lead designer of your very own XBLA game ... w00t!

I've already begun work on a fatass simulator.
The goal will be to eat as much as possible while staining your controller with powdered cheese and not getting laid.

I believe all five finalists recieve the gaming setup.
I can't imagine a game based around Doritos, though. I'm sure I'll have something by tomorrow, though.

How about a game called Snack Man. It's a guy in a maze that goes around eating Doritos!
What, not original enough?

what about Gears of Dorito... where the world has been overtaken by the dreaded Potato Chip, and you "Mr. Dorito" are freed from prison to kick some Potato Chip ass! you also get a gun with a chainsaw. And instead of blood, it's oil. They can use the Unreal engine too.

As much as I loved the BK Games the couldn't hold a flame to Cool Spot (7Up) and Avoid the Noid (Domino's). Best of luck to the winner's. I would suggest getting Ali Landry in your game by any means possible.

I'm tired of all the dang advertising with doritos and mcdonalds, not to mention all the other ones that I cant remember because there have been so many! I'm talking about on Xbox Live, why would I pay $50 a year, for a the great stuff I get, plus advertising, if there's gonna be advertising, let it not be for the major food companies that make people fat, but for games!!!! I like how they make ads for the new game content, and thats how it should be, not doritos or mcdonalds plastering their ads everywhere on my xbox live, which i pay for.
Simply, if major food companies, or let alone anyone that doesn't make games, put advertisements onto my console, let xbox live be free.
