WarTech: Senko no Ronde is confusing
Somewhere, at the heart of this video, there exists a game. It's clear to us that there are two opposing forces shooting at one another. We can see that, and it's something we support. What we're having trouble grasping, however, is everything else. At one point in the video, one mech becomes a massive giant. The other mech subsequently transforms into what appears to be an airplane. WarTech: Senko no Ronde is, without a doubt, one of the more unique games available for the Xbox 360. Often described as a 2D Virtual On, it looks like it could be pretty fun. The only thing we question is Ubisoft's decision to put a $60 price tag on what is essentially a Dreamcast game (Senko no Ronde was created on Naomi, an arcade board based on Dreamcast hardware).
Would you be willing to pay $60 for Senko no Ronde? What if Ubisoft lowered the price?

3. It's a surprisingly good game, although the learning curve is somewhat steep.
Emphasis is on multiplayer (online and off), so a bunch of like-minded friends could chip in for a shared copy and get some good value.
Unfortunately, as it was a Naomi GD-ROM original, don't expect to see it on XBLA.

4. I have it from Gamefly, the game is a blast, especially when you are playing with a friend. Me and a buddy spent 4 hours on it last week, and another 3 last night.

(not in the anime way.. just the the general way)
i'm sure it could be fun once you figure it out.. but until then... seeing it.. is quite insane and makes little to no sense

1. Rented it, love it, now plan on picking up a cheap copy on Ebay. It's good, just not $60 good.
