Xbox 360 Fanboy

I suggested One by Metallica, Chemicals Between Us by Bush, Sleep Now in the Fire by Rage, and Would? by AIC. I really hope One would make it; those games are really lacking a Metallica song, and that song has both a killer guitar solo and drum solo.

Godzilla..... from Blue Oyster Cult

All That Remains - This Calling

Six was in GH2 and it was (and still is) really fun to play, also challenging. This song has a lot of band in it (meaning lots of drum, lots of guitar, etc) and I think it'd be pretty cool in Rock Band.

I did Flathead by The Fratellis, Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield, Razorblade by The Strokes... and Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison.

Some popular classics would be great (like More Than A Feeling on GH1)

Seriously, they should just put out a Boston DLC pack. The entire first album would be a total blast to play.

I avoided the ones I would like that I just don't think they'd ever pick... went with mostly "classic" rock stuff.

Black Sabbath - Sweet Leaf
Blue Oyster Cult - (Don't Fear) The Reaper
Boston - Foreplay/Longtime
Local H - Everyone Alive

I'd honestly like to see more Jimi Hendrix too. I don't know why they removed the vocals from Spanish Castle Magic, but it's still fun to play.

1) Pantera Cemetary Gates
2) Led Zeppelin Stairway to Heaven
3) AC/DC Thunderstruck
4) Metallica Ride the Lightning
5) Blue Oyster Cult Don't Fear the Reaper (need mor cowbell)

I really don't think that they've thought this through very well, there are going to be possibly millions of suggestions by the end of this

I submitted:
Master of Puppets/Metallica
Bat Country/Avenged Sevenfold
Buddy Holly/Weezer
Hotel California/The Eagles

Actually the last thing that Harmonix needs is fan suggestions. Of the millions of "dreamlist" song threads/suggestions posted on message boards and forums, I'd say 90% of them are utter crap.

GH1 and GH2 shows that Harmonix can select quality, fun songs without the assistance of any fanboy noobs.

Honey Bucket or Revolve by the Melvins.

That will be all.

I also picked songs that would be pretty safe; most rockers would recognize them except for maybe the Dream Theater song.

Tom Sawyer - Rush
Pull Me Under - Dream Theater
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd
Enter Sandman - Metallica

I requested:

Chips Ahoy-The Hold Steady
Starlight-Muse
Do You Realize?-The Flaming Lips
No Cars Go-Arcade Fire

All they're really going to do is sort these by name and see what's the highest... and if they agree with it, then they'll stick it in. I mean, clearly 99% of them will be ignored.

I don't think it's bad thing.

Judas Priest - All Guns Blazing
Gamma Ray - Valley of the Kings
Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark
Crystal Eyes - Rage on the Sea

I doubt any will be in there but it doesn't hurt to submit then - right?

Battering Ram by Black Label Society
Where Silent Gods Stand Guard by Amon Amarth
11th Hour by Lamb of God
42147 by Nevermore

Out of them all, I would think Lamb of God and Black Label Society would get in there. No telling which songs, though.

I'd love to see Hotel California-Eagles, La Grange-ZZ Top, Don't Fear the Reaper-Blue Oyster Cult, and Dream On-Aerosmith. I realize none of these will probably be on the initial release, but its always fun to hope...

You have got to get some AC/DC - Mistress for Christmas or It's a long way to the top.

Some Marilyn Manson - The Beautiful People

A Flogging Molly song like Salty Dog or Drunken Lullabies

Violent Femmes - Blister in the Sun

Sex Pistols, Bowling for soup, Dire Staits,

And Why haven't we got to play Stairway to Heaven.
