Video: EndWar shows us the new flavor of war
If the revelation that EndWar can be controlled solely by voice commands wasn't enough to pique your interest, perhaps this trailer will do the trick. While you won't get to see any actual gameplay in this trailer, you do get some idea of what EndWar is all about, namely destruction, destruction, and more destruction. We really dig the commanding officer, um, commanding the entire army from the safety of the HQ. It adds an extra level of video game flavor to the whole affair, which bodes well for the title if Ubisoft can manage to squeeze that feeling into the actual game. Check out the trailer and tell us what you think.

This game has the potential to be one of the best, most innovative games in recent times, and also to be a huge flop. It really does hinge largely on how well the voice control works.

I'm not sure where you think the potential lies in Endwar, consider what little we've seen of the game. Although, to be honest, it's Ubisoft, so that pretty much makes your point!
Seriously, they've got some niiice games coming out; Endwar, Assassin's Creed, SC: Conviction. Really puts EA's tired franchises to shame.

Lets all hail UBISOFT!!!!!!!!! They are or will be the next-gen leader in video games. SC, Rainbow6,GRAW, Assasins Creed, its non-stop jaw droping graphics and gameplay. Ubisoft cares for their gamers. EA file for bankrupcey, and start all over! When's the last inovation in any game. When's the last time thy fixed any lag issues in any online game of theirs? They just dont care anymore, remember them knickle and diming us for the crap on NFS Carbon? Hail Ubisoft!!!!!!!!!!!

Hrm. Being involved in a fire fight blowing things up.. or sitting behind a desk pointing at a screen or telling people where to fight. Give me a machine gun anyday to standing on the sidelines directing traffic.. I still don't understand where the fun of an RTS exists?? Fancy CGi trailer or not I will skip this one.

I think the real potential lies in the fact that this will be the first MMO RTS game according to a report on Eurogamer.
Their goal for playing online is that the map screen's front lines will always be different as players win and lose battles across both the real and game worlds.
Pretty impressive stuff.
