You named some very iffy games coming out and some point, the darkness looks half ass, dark sector has changed names and plans so many times, and call of Jaurez is also a wild card.I'm cool with you not liking halo, plenty of people don't for some reason(I'm thinking it's just cause they are not good, or maybe they are to proud of another lesser FPS to drop down and accept halo as a lot of fun and one of the top FPS available)...But the games you picked have a large chance of sucking ass. At least mention some good upcoming games as alternatives, I mean seriously. GTA IV, Bioshock, mass effect, even Alan wake looks better than those games and who knows when that will see a release. Basically, I'm attacking your taste in games, and nullifying your opinion towards Halo cause you obviously enjoy some bizarre sh*t.

I have ya played the BETA hibernation? It is freak'n awesome. For me, a lot more fun than Halo 2. I may kinda stink at playing it some of the time. I don't care, it's still a blast to play!

Dex reccomended some good games..Alan Wake is DEFINETELY on my radar..but thanks to the Beta, I can't WAIT to kill more guys with my Carbine and shotty...and see what extensive Spartan customization ya can do in multiplayer too:)
...Have to admit, I can't wait to finally like a Halo game enough to seek out my color of Spartan action fig, too! I'm 27 and married to a gamer girl..my MC helmet will be placed right near my gaming shrine area..!

It will be a very good game but most of the Halo fanboys get too hyphy over anything halo and its enough. If for some reason Bungie decided to team up with Tampax everyone would go ape-shit and buy them for the "collectors" value.
Am I not knocking the game, I've personally played and beaten Halo 1 & 2; What I'm knocking is all of the assholes that play these games and feel they are more "leet" then the rest of us, and when someone cares to express their opinion over the game they get lynched and for no reason. I love the MGS series but I don't go around claiming its the true holy grail.
You want to love the game and even be a fanboy then by all means please do so but take the stick out of your ass before you speak because at the rate of some (and I say some not all) fanboys if you were on Bungie's dick any harder you would be a genital wart...

Hey Hibernation, I think on behalf of all of us you need to shut your mouth. The game is not just an overrated sequel. I'm gonna tell you straight up, when people think "Xbox" or "Xbox 360," the first thing that comes to mind is HALO! They don't go, "Oh yeah!!! Call Of Juarez! Dark Sector!! Those are the best!!!" No. They don't. The Halo collection is a benchmark in the FPS and overall gaming culture. These upcoming small titles you're talking about would not have come to exist if it weren't for Halo. Show some respect.
