It's official. Today Ubisoft confirmed that Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 (GRAW 2) is currently being developed and will hit all major consoles Spring of 2007. The game itself looks very pretty, but doesn't look much better than its already beautiful older brother. We know of a few people who are excited about this gem of a game, so we'll see if it lives up to the anticipation. Screenshots and video after the jump.
[Thanks, to everyone who sent this in]

This game ain't going to be about improved graphics. It's going to be about campaign co-op. I hope we'll see it realized where the battlefield are more open ended and you can have one (or two) of your buddies controlling a squad of his/her own. Communicate and dominate.

Nice... thanks Dustin, you made my day.
I am looking forward to the new video being released December 15th. (GRAW is still my favorite game)

I'm loving all these games for the 360 which are coming with co-op as an integral part of the campaign, instead of "glued-on" like previous generations. GoW, Rainbow 6 Vegas, and now this.
And I agree with #1, having your co-op buddy back you up with his own squad would be a defining moment.

Wow, it's not often a magazine gets an exclusive before the online sites. This month's Game Informer Magazine broke this 'news' a few weeks ago.
Good news though as I enjoyed the 1st one.
