Fence sitters take note, Madden 07 demo

If you're still not sure whether you need Madden 07 -- or if you've already bought the game and can't decide whether or not to open it -- the new demo on Marketplace should help you make up your mind. Go give it a shot and figure out if you really need a working fatigue meter anyway.

Man, I could do without these one-minute quarters. I understand they don't want us to "have the full game experience" (in any sense of the word apparently), but it is an annoying decision that doesn't really have any benefit.

Don't worry, the full game isn't much more immersive than the demo. I rented it and it plays like shit, looks like shit, and somehow I think I started to even smell shit coming out of my 360.

NFL 2K5 was more next gen.

That is exactly what I thought when I played last yr's Madden on the 360: NFL2K5 destroys these Madden games hands down. The presentation, gameplay, etc. are all better on 2K5. Too bad we STILL cannot play NFL2K5 on the 360 (I wonder why it hasnt made it to the backward compatibility list?).
