Street Fighter IV: It's an 'Epic' trailer
We're really intrigued by Street Fighter IV, but not nearly as intrigued as we are by the trailer released by Capcom at Captivate08. Reminiscent of a fan-made YouTube video, the latest trailer for Street Fighter IV plays out as Faith No More's hit-song, "Epic," blasts in the background. We never thought we'd see Street Fighter marketed that way. Either way, the footage looks solid and we can't wait to get some quality time with Capcom's best-selling franchise again. Wait, Jean Claude Van Damme played Guile didn't he? Guess no one knows how Street Fighter should be marketed!

Holy shit, I was about to say that. And I'm hearing Irony is a dead scene (Dillinger Escape Plan) at the same time I read this too.

It's actually the band Atreyu version of "Epic" by Faith No More. I saw it during the Kimbo Slice fight on CBS. lol... That Brits ear got Popped literally..

It's actually Faith No More, not Atreyu. No doubt about it.

Atreyu did cover it, yes. Horribly might I add.
But that sure is Faith No More.
Please, Don't confuse Mike Patton with Alex Varkatzas.
It's just sad.

It's clearly not the Atreyu version, but the Atreyu cover isn't horrible. They just crossed it over a bit like they did with "You Give Love A Bad Name". Not horrible but not the same by any merit.

I'm actually not that impressed.
Sorry, guys... I really do like Street Fighter at an ip, but this just isn't doing it for me.
I'll still prolly pick it up eventually, but you're lying to yourself if you think this game is worth $60.

I agree, $60 is way too much. I had hoped that they would embrace Namco's pricing model with the ps3 version of Tekken 5 which was out for $19.99.
Still excited for the title and will rent it once its out.

Everyone gouges value differently, however saying that a game is not worth $60 just because another game similar to it was released at a cheaper price point is somewhat baseless. Yes, Tekken was released at a cheaper price point, yet Tekken was a port of PSP game with no innovation between the two except HD graphics. This is new iteration on the Street Fighter series with new mechanics, new controls, and a new art style. I can understand that you may not want to pay full price for Street Fighter 4, however saying that the game lacks value is argument with a subjective base of opinion thus invalidating your example. It is important to distance yourself from personal opinions when making a blanket statement about another's perception of worth and value.

The characters still look pretty ugly. Kinda reminds me of what they looked like on the original Street Fighter II on the snes.
