7. So here's my question, and I hope there's an answer.

Halo 3 Beta codes, are they released at 2am PST? Then I'll be able to download the game?

Or what time exactly? I've got shit to do, I would like to know that I'm waking up at 5am EST to maximize the time I have to play/download this game.

8. Anyone up for some games feel free to send me a friend's request... I am all for fun games. Winning is always great but not everything. Always looking for some good games though.

10. Is anyone else with the beta a total Halo noob?

Having never owned the original xbox, I never played either of the first two games, but since I got the beta with Crackdownm I decided I play as much of this beta as possible so as not to be a complete noob when it launches in novemeber.

So if their are any other noobs, you want to get together so we have an even playing field during the beta? Also, the less "immature" gamers the better.

11. @10,

Its pretty easy once you get the hang of it ... I'm not AMAZING, but I'm good (except with snipers). I'd recommend some team games first to get your feet wet. Its pretty fast paced, and pretty well-balanced.

Just a few tips,
-shoot the face
-use the shotgun at close range only (very powerful)
-dual wield if you're not good at aiming grenades
-if you're about to die, throw a grenade or melee (extra kill)
-get the powerups
-don't be an easy target
-reload if you aren't being shot at

anyone:
look me up for friendly games
nice people only

14. Yea i need to beef up my friends list for sure since no one i know personally has a 360 and i've only had it since feb. It'd be rad if some fellow fanboys wouldn't mind joining me in jamming some beta in the next three weeks! GamerTag is True Torture I'm pretty good too xD

15. Is the leaderboard full? I can't join it :/

I'm bad in halo 2 and in halo 3 I absolutely suck, heh. My death ratio is 37%, and I've had a string of games (against sargents while I'm just a private) where I had 1 kill and 10+ deaths. The laser gun... I cant seem to get the hang of it (sniping either) though I've never been a good sniper in halo 2 either.
