Remember agent ... Crackdown tshirts

Xbox 360 Fanboy reader Jamie Guy sent in a little project he was working on for himself and a few of his friends. He decided to take the infamous "Skills for Kills" phrase from Crackdown and create some nifty tshirts. As you can see in the finished product above he even includes the Crackdown logo on the front featuring the phrase "Remember Agent ...". Nice job Jamie, and if you have a few extra you could always send them our way. Quick question though, if video game companies released more apparel for their games, at reasonable prices, would you be proud to wear your Bioshock or Mass Effect clothing around town or would you be a little too embarrassed?

2. Hopefully they won't get a Cease and Desist letter like the Gears of War Munny

3. I think if they weren't designed cheesily then I would. Right now I wear a Dead Rising shirt I got for pre-ordering it about once a month. I love the shirt because it's simple and the logo is awesome.

Had they put some cheezy words on the back or something I probably wouldn't buy it.

Which is why I wouldn't want this shirt. Everytime I heard that quote in the game I cringed and asked myself, "what era were these devs living in? 1992?"

4. That shirt is freaking awesome. I so want one.

5. I would definately wear that shirt.

I'm dissapointed to hear about the Munny though, didn't he only make one for his nephew? It wasn't even to sell it. I mean, I can understand Epic gaurding their IP but come on, he only made one..

6. I had this really awesome black Half-Life 2 t-shirt but my friend stole it. It had a small half-life lambda symbol on the front. I think I got it in a collectors edition set or something like that.

7. how was epic able to send that guy a letter like that telling him to stop? He made the thing for his cousin, not to sell. I say good luck to epic in there court battle trying to get any "damages" from the guy.

8. large please

9. So long as the Z's were changed back to S's. Skills for Kills. I'm a gamer, not a gangsta.

10. What comes across as a harmless catchphrase in a game becomes very cheesy when placed on a t-shirt. I would feel a bit embarrassed wearing the Crackdown T.

I agree with #3 tho, it really does come down to the design, whether it's tasteful or just plain dorky.

11. bioshock tees would be epic win. the logo for the game is cool in itself. and the whole atmosphere of the game seems worthy of a tee.
mass effect, i don't know. never seen the logo.

12. oh yeah. and that skillz 4 killz phrase really doesn't work unless you have that narrating voice over say it.

i think a shirt showing the agility orbs around the world, i.e., on top of mount rushmore, would definitely be awesome though.

13. As long as it's tasteful, and not some out & out advert.

IMHO that's pretty good, even those that don't know crackdown would probably think it's just a nifty T with a design and something nerdy on it.

14. I think a really great "inside joke" Crackdown tshirt would be have all of the skill ratings on the front showing them maxed out at 4 stars but have a 5th skill represented by a female silouette with no stars next to it.

15. "So long as the Z's were changed back to S's. Skills for Kills. I'm a gamer, not a gangsta."

Same here.

Btw, i would DEFINETLY wear a mass effect t-shirt to promote the game and get the word out about it.

16. For the record this shirt reeks of inside joke and is supposed to be cheesball as possible. Anytime someone uses a number in place of a word or adds Z's and bullet holes should never be taken seriously.

In response to the posed question: yeah I'd wear more game related apparel if it looked cool, and not a walking billboard.
