Well, friends, you aren't alone, because the redemption code emails are still being sent out.Hmxsean posted a 20 free song update over on the official Rock Band forums, telling fans that over the next twenty-four hours (beginning Tuesday evening) they'll be emailing out redemption codes to those who already registered for the 20 free Rock Band 2 songs. In other words, be patient and constantly refresh your inbox. And if you own Rock Band 2 and have yet to register for the free DLC, we advise going here and starting the process.

What is so weird about this sort of stuff is why don't they test before hand? Something along the lines of having difficulty getting the songs up to MS seems like something they could have tried I don't know maybe last weekend? I guess it will get here when it gets here.

OK, questions time. I just got the code. I don't have an HHD. How does the download actually work? Is it listed on the Marketplace or Music Store after we enter the code or does the download start "as soon as" I enter the code. I ask because my bro has our HDD and he's keeping it, I don't get one for a few weeks from MS (I know they can do express ship, but the bastards won't.) If I enter the code while signed in on my account using my bro's HDD and download them to it, can I re-download the tracks when I get my HDD at a later time? If so, how? OR can I move the tracks to an MU then transfer form the MU to my new HDD?
