So begins our Gears of War 2 launch week fanswag giveaways (nope, we didn't forget) and today we're giving away two copies of Gears of War 2 Limited Edition and will be parting with our super rare, super collectible and super metallic Gears COG tag. Yes, the same metal COG tag that was part of the Last Day campaign. Yes, it's hard for us to part with it.
We'll be selecting two winners on Thursday (one will win the game, the other will win the game and COG tag) and all you have to do is enter by commenting on this post. You'll have two chances to enter (once today, once tomorrow), so get entering and win. A metal COG tag awaits ...
- To enter the giveaway, leave a comment on this post telling us what your favorite Gears execution is. Do you prefer the curb-stomp? More of a chainsawdomizer? Or maybe you like Torque Bowing your foes?
- You may leave one comment per calendar day eastern time. Posters of multiple comments per day will be disqualified. We'll accept entries until Thursday, November 6th at 5:00PM eastern. You must be at least 18 years old to enter. This giveaway is open only to residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec).
- On Thursday, we'll pick two winners via a random drawing.
- One grand prize winner will receive (1) metal Gears of War 2 COG tag and (1) Gears of War 2 Limited Edition worth $70. One second prize winner will receive (1) Gears of War 2 Limited Edition worth $70.

The Torque Bow is by far the best weapon, while it gives your enemy the chance to know they are about to be blown to a pile of goo, it also takes time and skill to use it porperly.

My favorite way to finish off the enemy starts by running by and tagging them with a smoke grenade and then downing them with my shotgun. This will allow the smoke to surround them, causing confusion. By the time the enemy gets back up, they are sweating with fear. It's at this time that i run into the smoke and suprise them with my friendly chainsaw.

well chainsaw is very grusum and is quite a nice. with all the blood has to be my fav as its kinda the thing that makes gears standout.
but the one that piss people of when its done which i have done a few times when its done to me is taging them with a granade.

I like to just press 'b' to melee them, because it's quick and I don't have to risk getting chainsawed during an execution. But otherwise my favorite execution is chainsawing them, because its gory.

I have already spent the money on the NECA edition with the Limited Edition game, but I know a few people that would enjoy a copy of their own that can't afford one... and letting them know that I won the copy I give them, would eliminate the guilt...
I personally want the COG tag... it would be the crown jewel in my collection of Game related stuff... Aside from the gold plated copy I have of E.T. for the Atari.
