A job listing posted on the Bizarre Creations website hints that The Club won't be the last shooter we see from the company. The job listing in question is seeking a level designer with "proven ability to design and create engaging gaming experiences (preferably a 1st/3rd person shooter)." The listing provides fuel for the rumor that Bizarre is working on a new James Bond title, a story that broke last month. Regardless of whether or not the game in question stars 007, it's clear that Bizarre is working on another shooter title. We'll have to wait and see just what they have in store.

All I want is a complete re-make of Goldeneye! But the only thing they can do is a graphical update. Everything else stays the same!!
Perhaps you could add multi-player modes, but LEAVE the existing ones.. just with other new ones.. perhaps.

But, I think it still would be great. As far as the AI, who cares for this game if it was just a re-creation of Goldeneye. The game was absolutely great, sure there are great multi-player games out now (I personally play COD4) like COD4 or Halo 3 but... wouldn't it just be great to give it a shot?
It would still be considered an old game, so let the AI suck. My fear is that if they were to start tinkering with the AI, they'd start tinkering with other things and then when it finally came out, it would be a different game than it originally was and that would ruin the whole purpose.

The club had me impressed at first but after playing it more I found the game to be garbage to be blunt.
Looks nice but lacks a cover system, add to this the game needs a jump or climb over obsticals option which it has niether. To further hurt the game it appears to have NO CAMPAIGN mode.
The game is mostly comparable to Stranglehold but without any of the cool stuff that made Stranglehold an average game.

I haven't really looked at the Club, but I recently picked up Stranglehold, and found that to be largely fun, with the occassional annoyance.
Does anyone recommend The Club, or is it not worth it?

The Club isn't in stores yet I think, but you can try the demo in the meantime. It's totally arcade style in nature. I liked it, but a lot of people seem to not be into it.
