21. Regarding putting it on a cats head, if I remember correctly there are 2/3 screws inside that enable you to remove the internal black plastic which contains the slot for placing on the stand, that way you are left with just the outer shell which is hollow, and if you wanted suitable for Master Cat. I haven't dismantled mine so I maybe mistaken.
