4. The standalone 120 GB drives come with a transfer cable and software.
MS should have dropped prices on this stuff as well when they did the price cut. $50 for the 20 and $99 for the 120GB IMHO.

5. Im interested in upgrading my 20GB to a 120GB hard drive, however i still have 6 to 10GB of space left depending on how many demos i have.

9. wow this proves that the core is dead and your going to require a HDD they should sell it for a cheaper price if you search hard enough you can find a bigger cheaper HDD for the PS3.
yes its 2.5" so it will fit.

11. Are the HDD's locked to any region at all? May be cheaper for me to get a 120gigger from the US and ship it to sunny Wales.
