Earlier this morning
Xbox.com received a cosmetic
update designed to make navigation around the site easier. Yes, it's much more gray colored and curvy, but what you'll also notice is that all the "My Xbox" activities are placed in a handy drop-down menu as well as all the other expandable options on the site. Transparent drop-down boxes are delicious! They also integrated
Live search into the site for (hopefully) smarter searching. Point your browser over to Xbox.com to see all the pretty new visual enhancements and see if you can find compatibility issues with your browser of choice. Now that sounds like real entertainment.

To be honest, I am not sure I like it. The new page gives me a headache, and its too bright. Am I alone on this view?

I find it easier to navigate, hated the two rows of headings that used to be at the top of the page as I always used to click on the wrong thing when using the lower part. Much easier on a drop-down box.
So I'm afraid you are for now DaKing240 ;o)

Yeah, me too. You had to be really careful not to be a single pixel over the top heading or the whole bottom one would reset.
I also like that all of the myXbox stuff is easily accessible from every page.

There seems to be a problem with the history data on the friends pages. When looking at my friends that are offline for several days, it throws up some random high numbers.

I can't believe I'm not the only one who had a problem with the old menu system, accidentally selecting things that I didn't mean to. Seems like everyone did so about time they fixed it!

I can't believe the web team didn't notice how annoying the old two-tier navigation was in the first place. Glad they removed that.

XBList seems to be going crazy. Every few minutes my offline friends go offline. Weird. I hope they fix it.

I agree that this was a much needed change.
@Daking420...
although I dont agree w/you with it being too bright, it'd be kinda nice to see an elite matte black version of the page. but hey, we cant have it all.

Search
"Overlord"
Hit enter... nothing happens.
Hit the search button, it brings up EVERY game made for the xbox and 360. Not quite perfect, even if I am using firefox.

Not me...I've been sending messages all day yesterday and all day today thru Xbox.com...and it works like a charm.
