Welcome to the first regular Video Marketplace Top Ten, where each week we'll see what Live users in the United States are doing with their hard earned Microsoft Points. For starters, the first thing we see is that gamers are far more fickle with their movies than their games (or even TV shows), since you can't keep the film, and chances are you don't feel the need to download the same film twice, paying for it each time, week to week. As such, our listing of Movie downloads will not compare itself to last week, and for now at least, TV shows will. So take a look at both our lists after the break, and let us know if you contribute to these stats, or if you're just playing Gears of War week to week.Top TV Series for week of 4/16

My live membership lapsed very briefly recently and microsoft cut off all access to everything ever downloaded by me. Now the videos I can sorta see, even though they are still wAy over priced, but they also cut off access to content such as cars in "Test Drive Unlimited" or horses in "Oblivion!" That may not sound like a big deal, you may even be saying to yourself 'just play without the content stupid,' buT NO, you can't play any saved f***ing games that have the downloaded content associated with them. So not only did they take away the content but they took away my time. I love playing with my friends over xbox live and i love the downloadable content but everything else on the marketplace is fluff that I don't need to pay for especially in light of Microsofts aggressive and anti-friendly service/appreciation of the customer. . . . . . . . . . . . . . Bas***ds!

I will never download a movie and probably never d/l a tv show either. To me its just a waste of money. I can use my TIVO, rent, or just download/watch nearly any movie or tv show with the internet. I really dont see why many people would pay for this when cheaper or free options are available.
