Well I guess that there is always next week..I'm glad that they are sticking to their promise of weekly downloads, but why all the lame songs from artists? Why not go for the top 5 songs from every artist and start there since you know that most people already like the songs anyways?

One problem with that approach is that many groups have good songs that are not really good Rock Band songs.
The Police are an excellent example of that: they have a number of recognizable songs (to people older than 25) that would be mostly vocals with a touch of drums and bass.

I have a similar conversation with my friends who want songs pre-90's. This game has the challenge of appealing to a wide age range of gamers. (Yes there are 30+ yo gamers out here) When they release rock from the 80's, the youngins freak out. So let us "old" bastards enjoy music from our era. And then we can bitch when they release the emo crap, kthxbai.

While I appreciate the weekly Rock Band DLC news (you guys are my source!), do we need multiple posts about it? I read the news yesterday that it was coming. And now news today that it's here. Will we get news tomorrow that it arrived the day before? I'm just saying...
X3F Rocks!
