I am beggining to think that these rankings are going to change w/ each new "blockbuster" game that comes out. They just don't have the staying power they did back in the days of Halo 2.
I don't think ninja gaiden will do it though...not a large enough fan pool.
Gears II definitally will, but I have no idea when that is supposed to come out.

I really can't see anything beating this until august....which is of course, gears II..... so it'll stay on top for a few months untill gears comes out.....or it will just be a fad.....but i can't really say seeing that i haven't bought it yet....( i really want to, but i'm broke)....so is the multiplayer good enough to keep people playing for a couple months, idk.....but I doubt anything will dethrone gears II for a while....
