We've heard of people playing Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City or San Andreas in preparation of the upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV but the whole cake baking thing is new territory for us. Sure the cake looks delicious but we're not sure about a few things. Does it run in 1080i? Will it also have exclusive content? Is it filled with blood?
All of these questions can only be answered by the cake's creator, Jay S. Funny enough, you could probably bake your own version of this next-gen cake in less time then it takes to install the PS3 version! Ba-zing! Oh, we're kidding... it's not that bad!

Just a random thought. After looking at many screen shots, it came to me that Niko actually has a slight resemblance to Jason Statham. Anybody else see it? Hmm, can I smell a lawsuit in 3 years?

Me, too...The only reason I am the 2nd post instead of the 1st post is because I insisted on looking up the lyrics to make it legit

load times for ps3 version is only like 7 mins. not like 20 mins for DMC4.
i'll be getting the 360 version tho. better controls (do not like L2 and R2 for PS3 lol!) friends and family on LIVE to play multiplayer with.
i mean really graphics for every GTA have never been perfect, so i'm used to it if it does have popup or framerate stutters. looks damn good tho.
and the cake is a must buy! (sorry running out of good original portal refs, heh.)

IGN
"For those wanting to know which version looks better, the edge goes to the PS3. The textures and framerate are comparable, but the PS3 has far less pop-in. The 360 has richer colors, but the PS3 has better anti-aliasing making it look a little cleaner. Because GTA IV can preload onto the PS3 hard drive, the in-game loads are faster."
EGM
"PS3 or 360 version: PS3 version looks slightly more vibrant and sharp"
1UP
"None of these little flaws take away from Liberty City's breathtaking vistas, incredibly varied scenery, and lived-in look (the PS3 version has the slightest visual edge, plus motion-control support"
Game Reactor
"Swedish Gamereactor mentioned in their 10/10 review that they were pretty surprised regarding the difference between the PS3 and 360-versions. The PS3-version features better colours, contrast, load times and what looks to be better resolution textures. The game also looks sharper and has a more stable fps."
GameSpy
"For those who have to decide between the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, we should mention that these flaws are slightly less noticeable in the PS3 game."
Kotaku
"The PS3 version, with its required HDD install, loads missions a couple seconds faster and decreases pop-in. The Xbox 360 version can suffer from some very noticeable texture loading, as things like trees, vehicles and building signs will regularly pop-in as one tools about town. It can be distracting, especially during high speed chases"

You know what this is nonsense.
Both platforms have their pros and cons. So it doesn't matter either way.
Enjoy your platform of choice and don't feed into the console war. It's a marketing ploy kiddo.

Troll. You are leaving out information on these little blurbs. Fail.
Example from Kotaku:
"...tools about town. It can be distracting, especially during high speed chases, and the PS3 version isn't entirely immune from it"

yeah, nice searching you did there.
the PS3 controller still sucks in my opinion. why can't they just convex the triggers and the thumbsticks? oh, right because they haven't bothered to change the design in over a decade!

"The PS3 version, with its required HDD install, loads missions a COUPLE SECONDS FASTER and decreases pop-in."
Does that mean that Blu-Ray is so shit slow, it needs to put EXACTLY SAME data onto the HDD in order to be ahead of 360 version? I'd love you fanboys to compare non-installed version of PS3 GTA4 with Xbox 360 GTA4...oh noes, It's mandatory!

Ps3 version runs in 630p, and the 360 version is true 720p.
Also, pop-in occurs way less in retail copy (360), compared to the review copies, and there are pop in's in the PS3 version as well.
... so much for the reviews ... bah ;))

You left this out from the IGN review: "The slight visual edge goes to PS3, but the 360 is no slouch. Either version will do you proud."
Ur a tool lol...wow u got no life but to gather "blurbs" from reviewers.
