Well folks, the Grand Theft Auto IV trailer is up. You can either watch the tiny, poorly streamed version at Yahoo! Games, or you can watch the higher resolution trailer at Rockstar's website. Either way, expect to do a little waiting. As we suspected, the trailer gives a marginally closer look at some of the colorful characters we'll be seeing in Liberty City. We also get a deeper look at Niko, the main character. Sprinkled throughout are bits of action, like kicking in doors, hanging from helicopters, hanging on to the back of a speeding truck, and evading the newer, smarter police. All in all, the trailer is short, but definitely sweet. Alright, talk amongst yourselves.

If you're watching the Yahoo video, I think it's kind of expected. Usually videos are lowered to less than 30 FPS and have frames joined together. It's just going to happen.

The trailer was awesome and it just makes me stare at my PReorder slip for my limited edition even more.
BTW guys the GTA IV picture pack and theme are free on XBLM. The theme looks really cool.

Meh, pretty non-gameplay movies pictures don't a great game make. I was hoping for some real gameplay footage and not more of this Madden-esqe RTV hype

I loved it like I love my child.... maybe more. No, but seriously this game is going to kick ass in so many ways. I've played and loved them all, but this one looks to take the cake. The graphics look awesome and it looks like it will be a more integrated story and not as cheesy as some of the last ones have been.

cool i better download the theme pack before Microsoft starts trying to charge for it. lol! I think the trailer looks sweet. can't wait to view it on my LCD screen at home and see how it looks HD. I'm looking forward to this gaem more than anything else right now on 360
