With today's announcement that the Xbox 360 wireless racing wheel received a price drop, we're seeing even lower prices hit the internet. Best Buy and Future Shop in Canada are both offering the racing wheel for a rock bottom price of $99 and website PC Nation dropped their price to roughly $104 including free shipping. We're sure there are a bunch of other deals making their way online with the news that broke today and if you find such deals please let us know. We're always up for saving a few bucks or in this case $30.[Thanks, Chris G and Tom D]

Jared - I believe the original WILL support it, with a download/update from Marketplace.

If it shows up in the states for $100, I may have to spring for it. The GamerScoreBlog.com tour promised a free copy of Forza, so I might actually PLAY Forza if I had the wheel!

PCNation has lots of complaints against it. Their return policy is the pits. Read user reviews of PCNation at www.resellerratings.com before buying from them. If you do buy from them, pray the item is not defective!

I picked one up at 99.99 at futureshop. That 99.99 price is in Canadian, but with the canadian dollar being so strong these days, it is not far from the USD price

right...sorry dude but the canadian economy has been booming at a record pace whilst the american economy has been sluggishly plugging away...so it equals out to a booming canadian dollar with a poorly performing american dollar equals out to a strong and ever-inching-closer canadian dollar.
yes, the tax may get you, but even though you might pay it, you'd probably spend less money on the wheel anyways.
so it ends up being like this...you get it in ontario you pay $99.99 + $14 = $114 and maybe another $16 for taxes on crossing the border (just for easier conversion), and you end up with $130 CAD. The wheel in the US (according to the bestbuy.com site) is $149.99. then you go to XE.com and do a conversion and you end up getting that $130.00 CAD = $120.348 USD. In which case, you save about $30 USD or $32.40 CAD. So yes. In the end...you do save money.
Do your calculations, and pay attention to the news (NOT CNN) next time before making a stupid remark like that.
And yes, the Euro is doing better than both the USD and the CAD.

my whole point was that it is still cheaper... the previous comment made it sound like the canadian dollar was worth a lot more than the american dollar..so much that 99cad=130usd ....so you pay attn...before making such a stupid comment
