Lest We Forget ...
Marvel Universe Online
Developer: Cryptic Studios
Release Date: Canceled
Once hailed as the definitive Marvel Universe title, MUO was recently canceled by Microsoft Game Studios. Citing the genre's lack of popularity outside of best-selling PC title World of Warcraft, Marvel Universe Online was given the boot and becomes the second Microsoft Game Studios MMO (True Fantasty Online being the first example in this Xbox-specific feature) to get the ax.
Interesting side note, one of the reasons behind the cancellation of True Fantasy Online was due to the upcoming transition to next-generation platforms. You don't think that canceling Marvel Universe Online means ... nah!

Microsoft Game Studios has had 4 MMORPGs in developement actualy, 3 of which Microsoft canceled and the last which was sold back to it's developer. I am of course talking about (in chronological order):
1. Mythica
2. Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
3. True Fantasy Online
4. Marvel Universe Online

@Geoff Gibson: This feature is specific to Xbox 360. Mythica and Vanguard were both PC titles. Vanguard was removed as a Microsoft title and was then brought online by SOE.
This feature, because it comes from www.Xbox360Fanboy.com, is Xbox specific.
