Fanswag: 6th Super Halo 3 / PGR4 Qee Giveaway [update]

And so starts the sixth day of our Super Halo 3 / PGR4 Qee Giveaway and today we're headed back to Halo after doing two PGR4 Qee giveaways in a row. But we must first mention that msusig was yesterday's lucky winner as he took home an uber rare PGR4 Qee ... what a lightweight.

Like we said, today we're leaving the PGR4 Qee in the dirt and going back to giving away Toy2r Halo 3 Qee. More specifically, the Spartan green colored Halo 3 Qee that's sandwiched between the red and blue Spartans in the pic above. Again, the one fanboy who follows the instructions below by 5:00PM eastern and is lucky enough to be randomly chosen will be one green Halo 3 Qee richer. How do you enter? Well, here's how:

Since we're back to giving away Halo 3 Qee we figured we'd go all Halo 3 with today's entry question and ask what your favorite Halo 3 multiplayer map is. You loving High Ground? What about Standoff? To enter today's giveaway, simply post your answer in the comments section below.

This, the third day of our Super Halo 3 / PGR4 Qee Giveaway, we'd first like to say congratulations to Zach S and team red for winning yesterday's blue Halo 3 Qee. Though, in all honestly, blue is ten times better ... just saying.

So, for today's Friday giveaway we figure we'll give out a Toy2R red Halo 3 Qee. It'll not only complete our Halo 3 Qee color offerings, but red was also the winner so it's only fitting we support team red. Anyway, let's finish this week's giveaways on a strong note by awarding Qee to the one lucky fanboy who successfully completes the entry rules below. Already upset that we gave away his prized 120GB HDD, Li'l Chief is really going to be despondent when we tell him that we're giving away his Xbox 360 accessory case. The protective foam inside the case makes a perfect bed, you see. Now he'll be stuck sleeping on a stack of printer paper. But, Halo 3 draws ever closer and our need to give away awesome stuff grows stronger with each passing day, so give away we must. Just in case you can't make out all the awesomeness contained in the case, here's a rundown:

So, perhaps you heard that certain Toys R' Us locations are selling BioShock early. While we haven't been lucky enough to find a copy at our local store, Joystiq has snatched up four (count 'em four) copies of the game and decided to share them with us! Yes, we'll be giving away two copies of BioShock right here on X3F. Even better, the games will be overnighted to the winners so that they can get their BioShock on before anyone else. Both Joystiq and X3F will be giving away two copies today, for a grand total of four. What do you have to do to win? Here's the skinny:

Doritos wants you to Unlock Xbox

You dream it. We build it. That's the slogan for the latest Doritos/Xbox contest called Unlock Xbox. The contest starts tomorrow and its overall goal is to get users to submit their video game ideas and create one of the coolest games evar! The catch is that your video game idea has to incorporate the Doritos brand in some way, so Nazi soldiers or dismemberments need not apply. Judges will choose the top five ideas which will be made into betas where people visiting the site will be able to download and critique the offerings. Then, a favorite will emerge and will win the right to be placed on the XBLA. Yes, you read the correctly. The winner will see their video game creation grace the XBLA as well as receive a great Xbox 360 gaming setup.

Start getting your ideas together, whip up something cool, and eat a few bags of Doritos, because there's prizes to be won and fame to be had. Just think, you could be the lead designer of your very own XBLA game ... w00t!

Win a custom painted 360 faceplate

Over at what the geek they're in the holiday spirit and giving away a choice of hand painted custom 360 faceplates. All you have to do to enter is write up a comment from now until January 15th, 2007 and you'll be automatically entered in the drawing. One lucky guy (or girl) will get to choose the faceplate of their choice and most of their painted faceplates are game inspired, so anyone would be proud to sport these detailed paintings on their 360. Check out the site, enter, and if you win pick the Assassin's Creed faceplate and be sure to FedEx it over to Fanboy Towers ... for "safe keeping" ... of course.
