With the upcoming release of the New Xbox Experience, our friends over at MyGamerCard put together a new card theme for you to share your NXE enthusiasm with all of the internets. The new theme - shown above using Mr. SenseiRAM - was created to mirror the NXE's 3D panel navigation aesthetic and shows off a person's custom Avatar on the right hand side. It's a slick looking badge and one we think most fanboys would be proud to show off. That is, if you embrace the use of Avatars.

i do like the new design though i hope they make one that shows a gamerpicture or avatar.
wouldn't mind a bigger one too.
all and all they look great and i'll be switching to that one come the 19th.
what would be cool if they could make different themed ones from the new themes that come with the NXE.

I like that Richard's motto is "smiling politely" yet his avatar is frowning disapprovingly.

Dustin and I had a long discussion about this. I consider it more of a 'pensive' look than a frown. More like I'm deep in thought, pondering some existential quandary.
I'm totally all about that shit.

I would almost agree that it looks pensive, except the eyebrows are slanting downward - he just looks mad, or at the very least, irritated.
Perhaps you could change your motto to "I'm all about muthafuckin existential quandries" It would fit better with your angry, pensive avatar.

I don't know why people keep bitchin' about the avatars. IMHO they are badass.

nah, badass is the lbp variations I've seen so far like the joker sackboy. These are going to be depressingly normal.
I'll still make one.

Yeah I can't wait for this update and setup my Avatar. I hated the gamer pics and even with the cam it was still boring. I wanted something more lively and these sshould feed my need for a virtual doppelganger..lol
To the so called hardcore gamers you can add features like sharp fangs and mean looking face paints for that grumpy and never happy gamer look..!

I don't think I will be embracing the use of Avatars anytime soon. In fact, I dislike them so much, it makes me angry. The new dashboard, however, is slowly growing on me, but I still prefer the old look.

It makes you angry? That's pretty ridiculous.

I gotta agree, these avatars are pretty kiddish. I would rather just use a gamerpic.

I don't know, the usage and implementation of Avatars is entirely different than that of Home.

I'm in the preview and I have to admit that the avatars do grow on you. I just hope there will be more options/gear available when nxe goes public. The navigation is amazingly smooth and clean and the new "dashboard" feature fits very well. I'm sure that all the negativity will be gone come November 19th.
