Haven't you always wanted a black and white Xbox 360 controller featuring a swoosh theme, a Chinese dragon, a feminine eye and a ... candlestick phone? Well, you're in luck, because Microsoft and Walmart have teamed up to offer an exclusive dragon Xbox 360 controller bundle.
The bundle (which we're told has already rolled out to Walmart and Sam's Club stores) includes both a dragon themed 360 wireless controller and black wired headset for only $49. Not too shabby of a deal, especially if you were already in the market for both a controller and headset. You can view pictures of this "unique" controller in the gallery below and decide whether its white d-pad is aesthetically pleasing to your eye. But a candlestick phone? Really?
[Thanks, Terry W.]

Wow. This looks awesome. Sucks that I have to pay an extra $10 for a headset that I don't need (and is of the new, inferior design).

An extra $10? I thought that wireless controllers were $50? I don't shop at Wal-Mart, so if their controllers are normally $40 for wireless, call me surprised.
I like the white d-pad and black shoulder buttons, but the controller design is not to my liking.

To be fair, some retailers (like Amazon) are selling wireless controllers for around $40, while others (like Best Buy) are sticking to the $50 pricing.

You're not paying extra. It's the same price as all other wireless controllers, but this one comes with a headset.
I personally like the look of the white d pad. Not to keen on the art, though. I'll be picking a couple of these up for some modding action.

Get one. They're awesome. My only prob is trying to find the red battery packs.

the red controllers only come WITH the battery pack.. so it seems like you didn't search very far considering its in the same box as the controller.

I would pick up the red and black one before this. That eye kinda creeps me out.

Why do the custom Xbox360 controllers (Halo ones also), look like complete garbage? Do they commission 5th grade art-class students for this crap?

I didn't care much for the Halo 3 controllers but I am liking the directions they are going here with this one.

never really thought of getting another controller (I have 2 wireless and a bunch of rock band / GH controllers)... however this looks pretty sweet. I might pick this up. Who knows when someone will drop by.

Screw the ART and screw the headset... how about selling a god damn controller with a digital (not sure if anyone even remembers what the 'D' in d-pad stands for anymore) paddle that actually is usable on games like STREET FIGHTER!
All these new colors, schemes and packages and I've YET to see one improvement since release in this controllers otherwise flawless design... a horrible D-Pad!!

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. What ever happened to that fixed one they were going to ship with that soccer game?
Supposedly the Hori third party controller is better for dpad stuff, but it's incredibly hard to find it...
