Almost every song I try to preview ends up kicking me back to the main menu. The songs I can preview stop downloading at 1%. WTF?!?

i tried to download the offspring track pack on rock band yesterday, but the download stops at 1%. i tried it again today and it still does it. does anybody at all have any idea why it's doing this? Because I would really like to play the new tracks.
