Velvet Assassin eyes a 2009 release

In an effort to stay clear of the jam packed holiday releases and give themselves more development time, Replay Studios has just revealed that ~~Sabotage~~ Velvet Assassin has been pushed back into early 2009. Previously, Velvet Assassin and her stealthy moves were supposed to release to retail sometime this Fall. Maybe 2009 will be the year of the Velvet Assassin? Maybe? Possibly? No? Eh?

Didnt they release those gameplay vids a bit ago that looks like shit? Maybe people expressed to them what a joke it looked like so they are revamping it? I had high hopes that it would be a nice replacement for SC but after I saw those, no way I was buying it.

Question is, will this game really honor the spirit of a woman who ended up being raped, tortured and killed by the Nazis in a concentration camp? Or will it just be a piece of crap? I'm guessing, piece of crap.

im trying to pretend this game is gonna be assassin's creed 2 if he was a girl adopted by sam fisher's grandfather in Germany before she moved to Mirror's Edge..

they seem to be making mistakes that MGS and even SC ironed out 2 or 3 games ago.. looking more like a weekend rental everyday..
