, the space survivor horror game we've been gushing about these past few months, was originally scheduled to release to retailers on Halloween
. What perfect marketing, right? Well, last month we learned that its release was mysteriously bumped up
a week earlier to October 24th. Now, we've just been notified by EA that Dead Space
's release has moved up on the release schedule yet again, this time to Tuesday, October 14th. What's the reason? EA doesn't have an official explanation other than the fact that the they say the game's development is ahead of schedule. But we have a hunch that they want to distance Dead Space
from November's other huge 360 blockbusters
. Makes sense, right?
