Maybe the sexual innuendos were too much for the T-rating?

Or, you know, the lack of much guitar or bass in "Whip It" beyond a couple of riffs that just get repeated. It's a great song, sure, but I'd rather play "Girl U Want," "Gates of Steel" or "Gut Feeling" in Rock Band.
I bought "Girl U Want," but I was a bit bummed it wasn't the original recording. "Through Being Cool" never did much for me.

A pretty disappointing bunch. I love Duran Duran but the guitar parts are a joke. Almost as bad as Baba O'Riley. -Almost-.
This is why I hate Rock Band compared to GH, unless you like every instrument you're bound to find a song you love and end up with a shit part for it. I was so excited for Baba O'Riley, then I saw the notechart...ugh.

Oh, so you'd just rather not have any DLC...ok.

Do you always make so many assumptions? I'm not seeing at all where I said I didn't want any DLC.
If you honestly think the guitar parts in any of the three songs I mentioned are remotely enjoyable or fun you're just a huge tool.

I'm going to have to listen to the previews for these songs when I get home. I don't think I know any of them off the top of my head. I wish there was some Hungry Like The Wolf though...

the drum charts for Duran Duran are great. my arm about fell off hitting the high hat for "Rio" on hard. I can only imagine expert.
this makes me more excite for "hungry like the wolf" on rock band 2

All these songs are great, but of course I have to check the note charts on youtube first before buying. Songs can be great to listen to, but crap to play. Fingers crossed!

Since I regularly play with a band with all 4 members, crap note charts on one instrument is not a problem for us. In the long run, it all balances out.
I grabbed the Devo and Duran Duran songs at about 8am this morning. I'll be playing them this evening for sure!

Well that's all well and good, but the boys and I would like some Abba and maybe a little Judy Garland! How about a all show tunes edition??
